October 10th is World Homeless Action Day, an international awareness raising event about homelessness in our community.
This year, the London Homelessness Outreach Network, London Homeless Coalition, St Paul’s, and St Peter’s are working together to build a cardboard town on the lawn of St Paul’s Cathedral. The purpose is to raise awareness about the lack of affordable housing in London.
If you are an agency already associated with the London Homeless Coalition, then you can sponsor a box for free. Otherwise, visit the link below to participate. All funds raised go directly to the “Homeless Memorial” project being hosted by the London Homeless Coalition, which will recognize those who have died on the streets of London.
Thanks for being a part of the solution!
